Health Coaching

Before you decide that a Health Coach is what you need, I want to clarify what I can / can’t do for you, to give you a clear picture of what the process of working together would be like.

Depending on the length of the program you choose, we will work together in reviewing your health concerns and implementing some lifestyle changes that will be beneficial to improve your overall health.

As an holistic practitioner I believe that our life is shaped by those that I call Primary Food. These are all those areas of your life that need to be balanced in order for you to feel satisfied, happy and fulfilled.

Many people focus more on the exterior, on the number on the scale, on the muscle mass they want to put on, and forget about what’s inside.

I believe that our inside is what shows in the outside, so by focusing on rebalancing your primary food we will be indirectly working also on your exterior aspect on top of increasing your general happiness level.

If weight loss is part of your health concerns we will work together in implementing some long lasting lifestyle changes to help you achieving your goals.

Please, bear in mind that I won’t approach weight loss as a Nutritionist or a Dietitian. I won’t prescribe a fixed diet for you and expect you to follow it. We will instead work together in finding what works for your body and what makes it feel healthy, powerful and strong.

We will work on your bio-individuality. This is a core concept for me and you will hear me repeating it many times:“What is food for somebody, is poison for somebody else”.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets and I think each person is different. We will work together in discovering how your body reacts to different stimulus, might these be coming from food, from working out or from working on any other stress factor in your life.

Full Program

Free initial consultation

The initial consultation is a 50 minutes-long introductory meeting to introduce each others, review your current health status and discuss areas of improvement. We will lay down a few points that could be worked on together during one of my programs and we will check if we are actually a good match to work together.

Coaching is not “one-size-fits-all”, so I will not ask you to commit to a program before knowing that we are a good coach-client match.

Please note that you will be asked to fill up a questionnaire prior to the meeting. This meeting can be face to face or over a Skype call.

Awakening package

8 weeks-long personalised program to work together on overcoming a few of your health concerns, might these be related to primary or secondary food. You will get all the tools to be in control of what you decide to allow into your life and what you want to cut off.

We will work on prioritizing healthy habits and to create a strong foundation for you to work on at the end of the 8 weeks.

During the program you will be asked to commit to a bi-weekly meeting / Skype call to review and discuss progress.

Empowerment package

12 weeks-long personalised program to work together on analysing the root causes of your health concerns, reviewing your life goals and take some important decision on your next course to action, might this be related to primary or secondary food.

This program will give us enough time to work on creating healthy habits to replace the old ones and establish new routines that will stick with you also after the end of our work together.

During the program you will be asked to commit to a bi-weekly meeting / Skype call to review and discuss progress.

Freedom Package

6 months-long personalised program to apply some long lasting changes to your life.

We will explore together the areas that are going well and the areas that need improvement in your life and we will outline and implement a plan to increase your satisfaction in all of your primary food areas.

The 6 months program will give us enough time to test a few changes, check the results, and replan in case things don’t work as expected.

During the program you will be asked to commit to a bi-weekly meeting / Skype call to review and discuss progress.
